Position Details
Position Summary:
The Assistant Corporate Sales Manager supports the Corporate Sales Manager in developing and maintaining corporate accounts for the hotel. The role focuses on generating business from companies, including hotel room bookings, corporate events, meetings, conferences, and group stays. The position is responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Support the Corporate Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
-Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business owners.
-Identify and approach potential companies for hotel room bookings, meetings, events, and group business.
-Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and hotel site inspections.
-Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
-Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client requirements are met.
-Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
-Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales activities, and business opportunities.
-Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
-Assist in organizing promotional activities, networking events, and client entertainment.
-Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
-Support the negotiation of rates and business agreements with clients.

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
-Experience handling corporate accounts, company bookings, events, meetings, or group business is preferred.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Willing to travel for client meetings and networking activities when required.
