Position Details

Position Summary:

This position supports Kohnan’s corporate sales operations by managing customer accounts, coordinating inter-departmental activities, and driving B2B growth initiatives. This role also involves supervising the sales team, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to corporate clients.

8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday), 8:00am – 12:00pm (Saturday)
Working Days:

Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturday (half day)

Job Requirements

Job Description:

1. Operation Management
– Manages customer credit exposure and minimizes bad debt risk in coordination with the Finance
department.
– Coordinates with Purchasing for special orders and bulk stock planning.

2. Data & Analysis
– Reviews of customer feedback propose service improvements.

3. Inter-department Communication
– Works closely with Store Managers for corporate pickup or store-assisted purchases.
– Coordinates with the Marketing department on B2B lead generation campaigns and materials.

4. Team Management & Development
– Trains Sales Corporate Senior on product knowledge, proposal writing, communication standard.
– Records sales pipeline, monitors staff activity, prepares weekly reports.

5. Sales Execution & Support
– Daily coordination, customer follow-ups, and team supervision.
– Overseas corporate customer service (inquiries, complaints, after sales).
– Handles corporate accounts (e.g., small offices).
– Other tasks assigned by Corporate Sales Manager

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Several years’ working in B2B sales experience, preferably.
3. Can use Chinese and English for business communication
4. Skills and Personality:
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
– Basic function of MS Office Excel.
– Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
– Able to work independently and under pressure.
– Open-minded and adaptable to working under a foreign supervisor or multicultural
team.
Language Requirements:

Good English, Good Chinese
