Position Summary:

We are seeking a core launch member for the first Cambodian expansion of a popular Japanese reuse shop. As the right-hand person to both the Japanese CEO and the Store Manager, you will handle company setup procedures, local vendor negotiations, store staff management, and interpretation tasks. This is a highly rewarding role where you can experience a ground-up overseas expansion firsthand while simultaneously developing both back-office and retail management skills.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

【Support for CEO: Company Launch & Administration】

・Assist with company registration, obtaining business licenses, and official government procedures.
・Interpret and coordinate with local vendors, such as real estate agents, contractors, and IT suppliers.
・Provide general administrative support, including schedule management and transportation arrangements for the CEO.

【Support for Store Manager: Store Operations & Management】
・Assist in daily store operations and act as an interpreter between the Japanese Store Manager and local retail staff.
・Support HR tasks, including the recruitment, onboarding, and shift management of local store staff.
・Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising (VMD), and the buying process of reuse items.
・Handle back-office tasks for the store, such as data entry and sales reporting.

【CEOサポート・法人立ち上げ・総務業務】
・会社設立、各種ライセンスの取得、および行政機関での公的手続きのサポート
・不動産会社、内装業者、ITベンダーなど、ローカル業者との折衝および通訳業務
・CEOのスケジュール管理、移動(車両)手配を含む、総務・庶務サポート全般

【店舗責任者サポート・店舗運営・マネジメント業務】
・日々の店舗運営、および日本人店舗責任者とローカルの販売スタッフ間の通訳業務
・ローカルスタッフの採用、入社手続き、シフト管理などの人事・労務サポート
・在庫管理、魅力的な売場づくり、およびリユース商品の輸入業務のアシスタント、
データ入力や売上報告など、店舗に関わるバックオフィス業務全般

Required Skills:

・Able to use Japanese Advanced level (N2 or N1)

・Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
・Not Job Hopper
・PC Skill (Microsoft Office)

Priority:

・Experience working for a Japanese company or with a Japanese manager.

・Experience in launching a new business.

Language Requirements:

Good Japanese (N3~N2), Advanced Japanese (N2~N1)
