Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant CEO to work directly under our Japanese CEO. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and enjoy variety in their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Sales Management:

  • Manage store inventory and stock control
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze product performance
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product sales trends
  • Adjust store layout and merchandising based on sales data

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Visit restaurants and offices throughout Phnom Penh to promote the store and secure orders
  • Implement marketing activities using social media (SNS) and other digital channels
  • Create eye-catching in-store POP displays and promotional materials
  • Drive customer acquisition and increase store footfall

Customer Service & Operations:

  • Provide excellent customer service when visiting the store
  • Support daily store operations and retail management
  • Assist the Japanese CEO with various business tasks
  • Handle additional assignments as directed by the CEO

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • English Proficiency: Good to Advanced level (written and spoken)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Work Style: Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Japanese language ability (JLPT N4 or higher is a plus)
  • Previous experience working at a foreign company
  • Retail store management experience
  • Merchandising or visual merchandising background
