Position Summary
We are looking for an Assistant CEO to work closely with the Japanese CEO in developing sales opportunities for Japanese and local companies requiring building maintenance. This role includes preparing documents, interpreting and translating, managing staff, and supporting on-site operations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Visit companies to offer building cleaning and maintenance services.

Make quotations, negotiate with customers, and manage services after orders are received.

Maintain and develop relationships with Japanese and local clients.

Staff & Operations Management
-
Manage workers at client sites.
-
Plan and manage worker schedules.
-
Oversee quality control of cleaning and maintenance services.
-
Documentation & Translation
-
Prepare various documents for CEO and company operations.
-
Interpret and translate between Japanese and English as needed.
-
Report sales activities and site issues to the Japanese CEO.

Problem Solving & Field Work
-
Address operational issues that occur on-site.
-
Assist on-site occasionally while primarily performing office-based tasks.

Visit clients regularly, including locations in PPSEZ and outside Phnom Penh.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Japanese CEO and management team.
Requirements

Fluent in Japanese and English (including reading and writing).

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to work outside the office in the field.

Proficient in PC skills.

High IQ (7/10 on Camup IQ Test).
Priority

Experience working at a Japanese or international company.
