Job Description
– Planning and executing strategies for acquiring, selling, renting, and managing real estate properties
– Analyzing and researching the real estate market and competitive properties
– Negotiating and communicating with landlords and tenants (Japanese and English required)
– Reporting to landlords by email (Japanese required)
– Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
– Reporting to the top management
– Performing leasing management tasks such as leasing, contracting, moving in and out, and collecting rent from tenants
– Performing tenant management tasks such as communicating and handling complaints from tenants
– Managing the team
– Managing the department sales.
Job Requirement
– Advanced level in Japanese or native Japanese speaker
– Able to converse, read, write, and create emails in Japanese and English
– Experience in the real estate industry such as sales, rental, rental management, etc.
– Experience in team management
– MS Office familiarity
