Job Description
– Running a Japanese Restaurant
– Work as service staff and kitchen staff.
– Check daily work of service staff and provide hospitality such as customer service, greeting, cleaning, etc. to satisfy customers.
– Check the quality of kitchen work, taste check, decoration check, kitchen cleanliness check, etc.
– Summarize the operational status of each section of the restaurant and report to the General Manager.
– Communicate to staff as directed by the Head Office and General Manager.
– Manage the figures and sales of each restaurant.
– Hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
– Conduct publicity and advertising activities for each store to attract more customers.
– Other duties as directed by the general manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English Good to Advanced level
– Experience working in the restaurant industry
– Experience in restaurant, sales, and financial management as a manager
– PC Skills (Especially Excel)
– Able to work in shifts.
– Have good manners appropriate for a high class restaurant.
Priority
– Able to speak Japanese Good to Advanced level is a plus
– Experience working in a Japanese restaurant
– Good Communication Skill.
