Job Description
– Perform duties assigned by the Architectural Team Leader
– Undertake architectural, schematic and concept design for assigned projects, with the ability to undertake design
– Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to ensure coherent and correct, as well as aesthetically pleasing design
– Make amendments to the design as required
– Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check and ensure designs are properly validated as per approved design process
– Undertake site visits as required
– Undertake quality assurance checking of drawings and calculations produced by self and that of other team members as directed by Team Leader
– Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked by Team Leader
– Produce architectural design briefs, documents, reports and specifications as required.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field;
– At least 3 years of professional experience in Architecture;
– Previous experience working within an architectural design company and/or construction company;
– Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy;
– Advanced in 3D renderings on Sketch up & 3DSmax;
– Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Graphic Design;
– Intermediate knowledge of Design Standards in Asia and in Europe and
– Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
