POSITION SUMMARY
Manage air export operations from Cambodia to global destinations, including booking cargo space with airlines, preparing and verifying export documents, coordinating with warehouse operations, tracking shipments, resolving transport issues, updating customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and international air-freight regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and handle customer shipment requests
- Book air cargo space with airlines
- Prepare and verify export documents (Air Waybill, invoice, packing list)
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely cargo delivery to airlines
- Track shipment status and update customers regularly
- Resolve shipment issues or delays
- Follow company rules and international air-freight standards
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding (Air/Export)
- Good English communication, including writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
PRIORITY QUALIFICATIONS
- Chinese language ability is an advantage
- Interest in Japanese logistics companies
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Good English
