Proserve Performance is urgently looking for Affiliate Marketing (Japanese Speaking).
Job Description
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand the network, develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and risk teams to align affiliate strategies and prevent abuse.
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate program performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in online gaming or digital entertainment.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English. If candidate is not a Japanese national, candidate must possess JLPT N1/N2 Certificate.
• Solid understanding of Japanese customer behavior, entertainment trends, and online engagement platforms.
