Job Description
– Make documents of technical intern and submit it to the Ministry of Labor
– Prepare CV in Japanese or English
– Prepare for interview
– Assist to the general manager activities
– Posting on Facebook and respond to the inquiries for student applications
– Handle phone call from outside or follow-up calls
– Join the interview as an interviewer.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese N2 level or higher
– Able to use Microsoft Office(word, Excel, Power Point) at an advanced (can use in business scene)
– Experience or interests in a technical trainees company (experience of documentation for sending students to Japan).
Priority
– Experience from Japanese company
– Working in a sending agency for more than 3 years as an Admin
– Able to work for a long term
– Staff Management experience preferred.
