Job Description
– Customer service responsibilities:
– Pick up client calls and text messages in a timely manner.
– Make appointments with clients to provide company information.
– Consult with clients to assess their visa needs and eligibility.
– Advise clients on the required documentation and visa application process.
– Assist clients with completing the visa application form and gathering the necessary documentation.
– Receive and review submitted documents from clients.
– Follow up on incomplete documents.
– Back-office work job responsibilities:
– Scan hard copy documents and save them in a digital folder.
– Assisting interviews between clients and employers.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest visa requirements and procedures.
– Translating document and other materials.
Job Requirement
– BA in administration or related field.
– 2 years experience in the office work,
– Able to speak English well.
– Have knowledge on visas.
– Good PC skills.
