Job Description
– Review the received documents to ensure that all information is interconnected.
– Prepare visa applications and ensure that all documents are accurate and comply with immigration laws before submitting them to management and subsequently to the Immigration Adviser.
– Be proactive and creative to ensure that all documents are well prepared.
– Create, modify, and edit documents as needed.
– Assist in interviews, physical or online meetings.
– Input application data into systems for tracking and processing.
– Translate documents verbally or in writing.
– Stay up to date on the latest visa requirements and procedures.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Job Requirement
– BA in administration or related field.
– 2-3 years experience in office work,
– Able to speak English well.
– Have knowledge on visas.
– Good PC skills.
