Job Description

– Purchase and Maintain office supplies and equipment and control stock for the company
– Make & review a contract, agreement, and other necessary document
– Perform other administrative tasks such as staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff appraisal, Staff movement, staff safety & fine out staff problems
– Make a monthly expense budget and record all expenses incurred
– Control & make a list of assets
– Control petty cash
– Preparation & design of name cards for all employees
– Booking hotel, Restaurant, flight, and travel arrangements for Participants retreat Arrange party, meeting & trip
– Preparing reports and submitting to oversea
– Audit work
– Another task as per assigned by the manager

Job Requirement

– Bachelors degree (Fresh graduate can be acceptable)
– Be flexible for resolve the problem
– Computer skills (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
– Good communication in English
– Good time management and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.


– 1-2 years of experience as an admin
