Job Description
– Control Transportation, meeting room, hotel room, flight ticket, and other booking arrangements.
– Stock control for items such as uniforms and stationery also company fixed assets.
– Understand and manage administrative documents for all related ministries in Cambodia.
– Office management, ensuring both comfort and security.
– Manage and prepare all kinds of company events.
– Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Control and manage messengers.
– Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
– Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Handle document management and filing.
– Have the knowledge of writing policy and SOP.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree (Fresh graduate can be acceptable)
– Be flexible for resolve the problem
– Computer skills (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
– Good communication in English
– Good time management and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
Priority
– 1-2 years of experience as an admin.
