Job Description
– Admin jobs such as management of the office equipment of the company, the records of staff absent and holiday, accommodation & transportation for guest etc
– Factory audit support (Assess all processes involved in getting a product from initial contract agreements with customers, through design activities, and all the way to making that final shipment)
– Check the update from ministry regarding labor low, and report to managers and translate it into English as needed
– Support production control to prevent from any problems and late shipment etc. as needed
– Manage Employee Personnel Movement (In and Out Staffs)
– Handle payroll processing, wage/salary administration, commission, bonus, fringe benefits, NSSF and etc.,
– Other tasks assigned by managers.
Job Requirement
– Some working experience at company (any job is fine)
– Able to work at Kampong Speu (no dormitory) and commute by yourself
– Able to read, write, and speak English at a good level
– Able to use Excel, Word and type English without any problem
– Able to work overtime if needed
– Honest, easy to communicate, and detail oriented.
Priority
– Experience of Admin jobs at a factory
– Working experience under a foreign manager especially Chinese or Japanese
– Able to speak and write(type) Chinese is an advantage.
