Job Description

– Provide support for day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing required documents, purchasing office supplies, office contracts and maintaining the work environment.
– Liaise with external vendors to update and manage office servers and accounting systems and licence.
– Assist accounting staff with administrative tasks and paperwork as required.
– Act with integrity and respect for relationships with clients, collaborators and staff
– Monitor the facility to ensure that it is safe, secure, and well maintained.
– Assist GM and Manager with any other duties.

Job Requirement

– Able to speak English for a daily conversation
– Able to use Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Email) at advanced
– Working experience in an international company, especially under Japanese.

Priority

– It related skill or educational background is an advantage
– Be able to use and have knowledge in QuickBooks
– Working experience as an Admin or related position
– Have knowledge of Accounting is highly welcomed
– Female preferred
– Able to speak English at Advanced level.
