Job Description
– Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
– Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
– Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
– Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
– Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
– Copying, scanning, faxing documents and taking notes.
– Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
– Observing best business practices and etiquette.
– Translation Written and Verbal.
– Good communication, interpersonal skills, and comprehensive understanding of the social issue.
– Issue Invoices/Receipts to Clients and Collect payment from Clients.
– Check on all payments (Cash and Check Payment).
Job Requirement
– Bachelor of Administration or other related fields.
– Advanced in English
– Experienced in administrative skills
– Hard-working, committed and disciplined
– Able to use Microsoft Word & Excel.
– Be honest, hardworking, and flexible.
– Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
– Working knowledge of printers, copiers, and scanners.
– Written and verbal communication skills.
