Job Description
– Handle GA stuffs including office machine checking, water/electricity supply, office cleaning, security and mailing etc.
– Keeping record of office assets
– Follow up and maintain office lease contracts including leasing apartments for engineers at their construction sites
– Transport arrangement for the staff daily travel and for visitors from Japan
– Assist accounting related paper works as needed
– Contact and build a good relationship with government and other related suppliers
– Arrange and attend the meetings with the partners for the projects as needed
– Set up, monitor, maintain or provide technical support for the IT system and network at the office
– Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at Good level
– Able to use Microsoft office and calculate well
– Have a high responsibility, trustful and detail oriented personality
– Working experience in a same company more than 2 years and able to work for 3 years (until their project ends)
– 1~2 years of working experience as an Admin or other related position
– Working experience in an international company (Japanese, Korean, or French)
Priority
– Able to speak English at an Advanced level
