Job Description
– Make application documents and reports for skilled worker visa of Japan, and submit it to the Ministry of Labor
– Accompany with students to Ministry of Labor. Also sometimes you are required to accompany with students to the hospital for health check.
– Translate job description from Japanese to Khmer
– Purchase school materials on demand
– Support school classes, events and activities
– Follow up calling and messaging with candidates who are going to join the interview with companies in Japan
– Prepare student’s CV in Khmer (or if possible, in Japanese too)
– Make daily/monthly reports to the top managements in Japanese
– Other tasks assigned by GM (Japanese and Cambodian).
Job Requirement
– Advanced level of Japanese enough to work with Japanese managers and teachers. Fluency in 4 commands (read, write, speak and listen) are is required.
– At least holding JLPT N3
– Bachelors degree
– Able to make documents in Khmer using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
– Good team worker
– Able to visit outside independently.
Priority
– JLPT N2 or similar level of Japanese skills certification
– Able to make professional documents in Japanese using proper format
– Have studied /worked in Japan and know the culture and work ethics of Japan
– Experience in working in a sending organization.
