Job Description
This position will be responsible for supporting the office related work with administrative tasks to make the overall business work smoothly, but also going out to assist Sales teams as well.
– Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
– Typing, formatting, and editing reports, and documents.
– Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
– Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
– Scheduling appointments, maintaining relationships with the clients
– Copying, scanning, faxing documents and taking notes.
– Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
– Issue Invoices/Receipts to Clients and Collect payment from Clients.
– Visit clients or properties as needed
– Other tasks assigned by Management team
Job Requirement
– Female (Students, Non experienced candidates can apply)
– Able to go out of the office to assist supervisors
– Young, fresh and willing to cooperate with people both inside and outside of the office
– Well organized, easy going and good at communication
– Able to speak English at Good to Advanced level
– Able to use Word and Excel at a Good level
– Interpersonal skills, and comprehensive understanding of social issues.
– Working experience using PC (Excel and Word)
Priority
– Working experience in a real estate company
– Working experience in an international company especially in a Japanese company and understand the Japanese manner
– Working experience as a similar role
