Job Description
– Preparation of application documents to be submitted to the Japanese Immigration Bureau (in Japanese)
– Preparation of related documents as requested by Japanese companies
– Gathering information on Cambodian laws and reporting in Japanese
– Assistance with interpretation in Japanese and Khmer as needed
– Management and filing of necessary documents
– Quick respond to support from the head office in Japan
– Support booking hotels and air tickets etc., when the supervisor visiting Cambodia
– Assist to the general manager activities.
Job Requirement
– Under graduate is welcome as long as JP skill is advanced
– Able to make documentations in Japanese including Kanji (read/write/type)
=> N3 is acceptable, but reading/writing/typing skill is strictly checked
– Able to understand English at least basic level
– Experience using Excel and Word without any problem for documentation
– Able to work calmly on office work and computer work by him/herself (There is no other staff in Cambodia, working with other staff in MJ Accounting office)
– Able to work and perform as instructed.
Priority
– Experience from Japanese company, especially sending agencies
– Have N2 or above skills
– Able to type Japanese sentences smoothly without mistakes.
