Job Description
<Position Summary>
As a coordinator staff of the association, you will be required to work closely with the chief members from Japanese companies. You must be fluent in Japanese, English and Khmer for daily business communication.
<Main jobs>
– Liaison with associated companies mainly in Japanese. During busy times, it is expected to respond to 50 – 100 e-mails per day.
– Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on regular general meetings and meetings for each unit of the association.
– Respond to and follow up on requests from external parties (Japanese, Cambodian, and non-Japanese) involved in large-scale events.
– Organize and Manage large events such as social gatherings, events with the government, external organizations, and groups, seminars, and regular general meetings
– Make appointments with the Cambodian government and organizations, manage meetings, coordinate minutes, etc.
– Other duties as assigned by supervisor
– The position will be responsible for administrative work, meeting preparation, liaison and coordination with clients (Japanese), and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Fluent in Japanese at Advanced Level. At least N2 certificate is required.
– Able to read Japanese sentences which contains Kanji.
– Fluent in English at Advanced Level.
– Bachelor’s degree
– At least 2 years of working experience in an international company
– Ability to handle multi-tasking, such as concurrent projects and various inquiries.
– Good attitude and interpersonal and flexible
– Able for overtime works after 6 pm as described in the job description above.
Priority
– Able for business trips to provinces if required
– Work experience in public sector such as CDC, Ministries, CAMFEBA, GDT, Embassy, etc.
– Experience to study in Japan over 1 year
