Job Description
– Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
– Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
– Prepare purchase orders and material calculations for the local market based on purchase orders and material lists from Japan.
– Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Research potential vendors
– Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
– Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
– Support work at the production site.
– Other duties as required.
Job Requirement
– Able to use English and Japanese at least Good level
– Able to communicate proactively with internal/external parties.
– Able to use PC without assistance (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Working experience in a Japanese company
– Able to work for a long term in PPSEZ.
Priority
– Experience in manufacturing field, especially in the Garment sector
– Chinese, or other additional skill is highly welcome
– Understanding of purchasing process
– Especially living near PPSEZ.
