Job Description
This position will Support Operation Leader and Drivers/Operators and Dealing with relevant government officials, vendors, and customers with documentation and any other administrative works.
– Preparation and management of various administrative documents required by the Ministry of Environment, CDC, GDT, etc.
– Participation in meetings with cooperating companies and governmental organizations, PPSEZ headquarters, and preparation of minutes and documents
– Compiling and submitting necessary documents according to changes in Cambodian law and arrangements within PPSEZ as needed
– Translate and compile overseas documents related to environmental business (translation of English documents)
– Prepare and submit application documents for new business registration procedures such as EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) etc.
– Accompanying local business trips and providing admin support as needed
– Management and processing of internal documents related to business license renewals
– Other duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
– Able to use English in advanced to business level
– At least 1 year working experience related to Admin or project management
– High commitment, honest, willing to learn new things and fast learner
– Have a good paperwork skill and computer skill (Microsoft office especially in Excel)
– High IQ (6 or more) at CamUP test
– Passionate with environmental matter
– Able to work outside and be flexible, challenging
Priority
– Able to speak in Japanese is a plus (salary will be negotiable)
– Working experience in an international company or under a foreign boss especially in Japanese company
– Have knowledge of application and business registration documents to the Ministry of Environment, EIA etc.
– Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Business or other related field
– Have experience in working in cooperation with government or other public organization
