Job Description
– Coordinate / Assist in the administration of IT Infrastructure for the Cambodia office.
– Responsible for incoming phone calls, where applicable.
– Coordinate with the IT help desk / external IT consultant on any issue that arises in the Cambodia office.
– Set up new hire-related IT and administrative-related systems.
– Involvement in the social committee for company events, if any.
– Support Operation & Admin related tasks for building facilities.
– Coordinate with external contractors for any repair services, if needed, for office building.
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders for all travel-related bookings.
– Handle hotel booking for external guests.
– Communicate with a cleaner in the office (giving instructions to the cleaner on any ad-hoc company event).
– Negotiate with outsourced vendors for any related quotations required for the office.
– Responsible for all admin-related functions such as general office supplies.
– Support to communicate/publish announcements and events via TV screening.
– Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
Job Requirement
– Minimum Diploma in any related field of study or Graduate student.
– Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
– Possess good communication in English, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Priority
– Work experience under a foreign boss
– Experience in a similar industry (water pumping is the most preferred).
