Position Summary
The Admin Staff is responsible for supporting administrative operations, managing business contracts, employee insurance, and office administration while ensuring full compliance with company policies and Cambodian Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage business contracts, compliance records, and uniform control
- Prepare and renew business contracts
- Update employee insurance information and related processes
- Coordinate with the Department of Occupational Health for employee matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and labor law
- Assist in organizing company events and internal activities
- Support daily administrative workflows
- Monitor and manage company fixed assets
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Male or Female, age between 22–25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management
- At least 1 year of experience in administration-related work
- Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
Skills & Competencies
- Good English skills (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email
- Confident negotiation skills
- Good communication and motivation skills
Language Requirement
- English: Good
