Position Summary:
This position is a general affairs and administrative role supporting the company’s back office.
The main duties include a wide range of administrative tasks such as office operations support, document and contract management, equipment and facility maintenance, and visitor and telephone reception. There will also be opportunities to communicate with Chinese clients and internal staff in Chinese.
Through this role, you will be able to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for office operations, and there is also the possibility of advancing your career as a core member of the management department in the future.

Job Description:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Provide information by answering questions and requests
– Handle multiple projects
– Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
– Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
– Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
– Cover the reception desk when required
– Maintain computer and manual filing systems
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
– Take accurate minutes of meetings

Required Skills:
– At least 1 year of experience as Admin in Accounting firm.
– Able to speak Chinese and English Good to Advanced level (including reading and writing)
– Strong experiences in dealing with multi-tasks
– PC Skill (Microsoft Office)
– University graduate
