POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Admin/Logistic Staff to handle administrative operations and logistics processes, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and update manpower reports.
- Assist with general office tasks (quotations, IT coordination, office supplies, booking flights/hotels, etc.).
- Collect and review attendance record sheets.
- Prepare and record overtime (OT) reports and process approvals.
- Process inventory take-out forms.
- Manage staff gasoline and parking fee claims.
- Prepare and process business trip advances and claims.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (revenue, cost, expense, profit and loss).
- Handle logistic operations, including quotation comparisons and coordination with agents and suppliers.
- Prepare rental agreements for equipment, office, warehouse, and apartments.
- Manage all annual insurance-related requirements.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors and management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration.
- IT literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated with a desire to grow professionally.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
