Job Description
Responsible for all payroll related duties including:
– Ensure accuracy and integrity of the payroll process
– Serve as main point of contract for all payroll related issue
– Maintained an atmosphere of continued improvement in payroll, creating policy and procedure document
– Participant in or lead special project in payroll
– Interpret company policy and government regulation affecting payroll.
Primary responsibility for invoicing of corporate billing for all divisions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
– Control cash flow
– Daily cash posting to subsidiary ledger
– Monthly customer statement for account receivable
– Responsibility researching and reconciling account payable statement
– Communicate with employees and department manager regarding payroll and retail reporting
– Research and interpret data as necessary. Analyze information and prepared supporting reconciliation
– Assist in budget preparation, annual physical inventory
– Special project as assign in all areas of Finance Department
– Perform other duties as General Manager assigned.
– Prepared monthly tax and annual tax
Job Requirement
– At least 3 years proven experience
– Bachelor degree from related field.
– Articulate and professional with an esthetic attitude and focus on result
– High comfort level with internet base Microsoft software, word, excel, PowerPoint
– Advance excel and Quick Book
– Honest and Friendly to all member
– Flexible and able to work under pressure
