Job Description
– Bookkeeping, confirmation, and payment of expenses in accordance with head office regulations, such as weekly, monthly, etc.
– Assist in setting staff salaries, payroll calculation and payment
– Handle payroll processing, wage/salary administration, commission, bonus, fringe benefits, NSSF and etc.,
– Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts, keeping necessary documents and data entry
– Assist in handling audits and updating necessary documents (Financial closing, taxation, transfer pricing, etc.)
– Arrangement of labor insurance and social insurance and support for other procedures in accordance with Cambodian labor law
– Management of office supplies, purchasing, organizing, updating as needed, and inventory control.
– Management of work rules and procedures in accordance with Cambodian labor law.
Job Requirement
– Graduated from university majoring in Accounting / Tax related field
– Working experience in Senior level of Accounting/Finance field more than 3 years
– Must be able to use English or Japanese at a good level enough to communicate Japanese management
– The person who can share CIESF’s vision and can participate proactively in the education in Cambodia.
– Able to handle tax declaration and financial statements
– Able to use PC (Excel and Word) and some Accounting application without any assistance
– Honest and Good Team Player and easy to communicate with
– Working experience with Japanese in a Japanese standard company.
Priority
– Able to speak and write English and Japanese at an Advanced level is an advantage
– Working experience in school is an advantage
– Experience of working as a manager level
– Possess basic legal documenting skills and strong in compliance and labor law.
