Position Summary:
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager for a Japanese company operating multiple outlets in Cambodia. Your core mission goes beyond daily bookkeeping, you will focus on managing external accounting firms, establishing strong internal controls (cash, inventory, and POS management) across all stores, and providing financial reporting to the Japanese headquarters. We are looking for a highly ethical professional with over 5 years of accounting experience and English proficiency to act as a crucial bridge between local operations, external experts, and the HQ.

Job Description:
【Working with the Accounting Firm】
・Check Reports: Review monthly and yearly financial reports (PL/BS).
・Manage Taxes: Check tax documents (VAT, etc.) and talk with the accounting firm.

【Store Rules & Control】
・Check Sales: Match daily POS sales (cash, cards, QR) with bank deposits.
・Manage Inventory: Lead stock counting and improve inventory rules.
・Stop Fraud: Make strict rules for employee expenses and ordering.
【Reporting to Japan Headquarters】
・Manage Budgets: Help make budgets and find ways to improve profits.
・Manage Cash Flow: Plan and control the company’s money.
・Report to Headquarters : Send regular financial reports to the Japan Headquarters.
【System Improvement】
・Manage POS Data: Ensure POS data works well with the accounting system.
Required Skills:
・More than 5 years of work experience in Accounting
・Able to use English Good to Advanced level (Communicate with the accounting firm and report to the HQ in English.)
・Strong accounting knowledge to review monthly and annual PL/BS.

・Able to speak Japanese at least Good level is the best (N1, N2, N3)
