This is a key Accounting role during the start-up phase of Mizuno’s new manufacturing factory in Cambodia. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for setting up accounting systems and processes from the beginning, while managing daily accounting and financial operations using QuickBooks. The role is essential to ensuring stable and compliant factory operations.

Job Description
【Accounting Tasks (QuickBooks)】
- Handle daily accounting operations using QuickBooks, including data entry, bookkeeping, record management, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial closing reports
- Generate financial and management reports for senior management
【General Accounting & Finance Responsibilities】
- Manage and oversee all internal accounting operations during the factory start-up phase
- Set up and maintain accounting processes and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
- Issue invoices and process payments
- Coordinate with external parties such as tax advisors, auditors, and banks
- Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
- Support smooth communication and coordination with internal departments
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required
Required Skills
- More than 5 years of accounting experience in an international company
- Business-level English communication skills
- Strong ability to use QuickBooks
- Score 6 points or above in Camup IQ Test
- PC skills (especially Excel)
- Able to work in PPSEZ
