Job Description
This position assists Accountants related to any accounting documentation tasks including daily, monthly and annually.
– Assist in daily accounting operations (cash receipts and disbursements, reimbursement of expenses, bookkeeping and organization of vouchers, etc.)
– Assist in monthly accounting operations (monthly tax reporting, billing and collection of clients, payment of salaries, payment to suppliers, payment of social insurance, etc.)
– Assistance in annual accounting operations (annual closing of accounts, correspondence with accounting firms for annual tax returns, correspondence with accounting audits)
– Inventory of raw materials and work in process and merchandise
– Other tasks assigned by the manager, other accounting supervisors
Job Requirement
– FEMALE
– Bachelor degree holder in accounting
– No working experience related to Accounting is acceptable
– Able to read and write good-level English
– Able to use Microsoft Office especially Excel
– There is no problem in commuting and working in PPSEZ
Priority
– Preferably a resident near the PPSEZ area
– Interested in factory management
– Experience in accounting in the manufacturing industry
– Able to speak Japanese is preferred (salary will increase)
