Job Description
– Assist in daily accounting operations (Petty cash control, reimbursement of expenses, bookkeeping and bank account control and reporting, etc.)
– Estimate cashflow & request cash from HQ/other PJ including inputting IAS system)
– Procedure for request for payment from the clients (exchanging foreign/local currency, cost control, recording monthly payments etc.)
– Assist in monthly accounting operations (monthly tax reporting, recording monthly transactions and payments, etc.)
– Assistance in tax operations (monthly tax declaration, annual report, requesting tax refund, etc.)
– Inventory of raw materials and work in process and merchandise
– Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at Good level
– Able to use Microsoft office (especially in Excel) and calculate well
– Have a high responsibility, trustful and detail oriented personality
– Working experience in a same company more than 2 years and able to work for 3 years (until their project ends)
– 2~3 years of working experience as an Assistant Accountant or an Accountant
– Working experience in an international company (Japanese, Korean, or French)
Priority
– Able to speak English at an Advanced level
– Working experience in a Japanese company
– Working experience in a construction company
