Job Description
– Reporting to management and performing accounting duties.
– Typing, formatting, and editing reports, and documents.
– Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping accounting records.
– Preparation of contracts and invoices and their management
– Tax processing, including preparation of monthly tax returns and tax reporting
– Confirmation of billing payments and management of cash, deposits and withdrawals
– Issue Invoices/Receipts and Follow-up in case of unpaid invoices and support for payment procedures
– Other tasks assigned by Management.

– Young, fresh and willing to cooperate, and earn new skills
– Well organized, easy going and good at communication
– Able to speak English at Good to Advanced level
– Able to use Word and Excel at a Good level as well as accounting platforms
– Able to work individually as the company is in a start-up stage.
Priority
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting
– Working experience in a real estate company
– Working experience in an accounting department
– Strong understanding in tax procedures
– Working experience in an international company especially in a Japanese company and understand the Japanese manner
– Able to speak Japanese.
