Job Description
– Assist in daily accounting operations (cash receipts and disbursements, reimbursement of expenses, bookkeeping and organization of vouchers, etc.)
– Assist in monthly accounting operations (monthly tax reporting, closing of accounts, taxation (corporate business tax (Tax on Income) and VAT) etc.)
– Assistance in annual accounting operations (annual closing of accounts, correspondence with accounting firms for annual tax returns, correspondence with accounting audits)
– Inventory of raw materials and work in process and merchandise
– Input accounting related data into the system
– Administration assistance job
– Other tasks requested by manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to addition and subtraction by Excel
– Good level in English
– Excel skills are required (Vlookup, Sumif and other functions).
– Experience of date input job and making document
– Able to work at PPSEZ for a long term
– Honest person.
Priority
– Accounting software: experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
– Experience of working in a manufacturing factory and understand the process
– Able to speak Japanese.
