Job Description
– Prepare and analyze accounting data, including Assets, Liabilities, and Equity.
– Prepare financial documents.
– Summarize current financial status by collecting data, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant documents.
– Provide financial evidence through audits, maintain accounting control by preparing and guiding on policies/regulations and procedures.
– Resolve financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting documentation.
– Maintain the security of financial documents to prevent loss.
– Ensure the confidentiality of financial documents and prevent information leaks.
– Prepare expense records.
– Learn and apply existing laws and newly established regulations as required by the institution.
– Prepare accounting and financial reports.
– Safeguard and protect all other relevant data.
– Participate in relevant workshops and meetings.
– Prepare and submit tax documents and ensure timely tax payments.
– Report monthly and annual financial summaries.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the clinic owner.
Job Requirement
– Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline;
– Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
– Good with accounting Tools like QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.,
– Good in English
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Good in analytical skills and computer literacy
– Must have strong financial knowledge.
