Job Description
– This position will be responsible for assisting GM related to any accounting documentation tasks including managing cash/bank, issuing invoices, cost control, tax and reporting etc.
– Conduct daily accounting operations (cash control, reimbursement of expenses, bookkeeping and bank account control and reporting, etc.)
– Procedure for request for payment from the clients (exchanging foreign/local currency, cost control, recording monthly payments etc.)
– Assist in monthly accounting operations (monthly tax reporting, recording monthly transactions and payments, etc.)
– Assistance in tax operations (monthly tax declaration, annual report, requesting tax refund, etc.)
– Other tasks assigned by the GM.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at Good – Advanced level
– Able to use QUICKBOOK & Microsoft Office
– Must have a high flexibility and responsibility
– Must have a Multi-tasking competence (those who can only perform limited roles are not eligible to apply)
– Working experience in accounting and financial related field(2years~)
