Job Description
– Keeping track of payments and other financial activities
– Inputting data such as payments, spending etc.
– Assisting the company staff in performing accounting / taxation tasks
– Filling documents and passing them to other staff based on needs
– Collecting payments from clients depending on the situation
– Correspondence with government offices and related agencies regarding accounting/tax matters
– Performing other accounting / taxation tasks such as answering phone calls and replying emails
– Maintaining deposits/cash
– Drafting vouchers
– Organizing and journalizing receipts for expenses
– Filling out and checking cash books
– Processing accounts payable and advances
– Some taxation tasks
– Other related tasks.
Job Requirement
– Having bachelor degree related Accounting / Taxation
– Having a Good or more English skills
– Having experience of accounting / taxation work in a construction company
– PC skills (Quickbooks, Word, Excel etc)
– Good at communicating and proactive.
