The Account Manager is the operational engine of the Client Service team. You are responsible for executing daily campaign tasks, coordinating between the creative and digital departments, and ensuring that our clients receive responsive, high-quality service on every single request.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
• Act as the day-to-day liaison between the client and the agency’s internal teams, ensuring clear, accurate, and rapid communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, stepping in to manage complex campaign launches or resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Review and approve detailed project timelines, estimates, and creative briefs before they are routed to internal production teams.
• Manage project timelines, trafficking internal deliverables, and ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising creative quality.
• Translate client feedback into constructive, actionable directions for the design, multimedia, and media buying teams.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, monthly performance reports, and competitive market analyses.
• Monitor project budgets and administrative billing, ensuring all invoices, estimates, and purchase orders are processed accurately.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and campaign briefs.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Media, Production, and Finance teams.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in an agency account management or project management role.
• Proven ability to flawlessly manage complex 360-degree campaigns encompassing digital, print, and physical activations.
• Unflappable organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude when faced with tight deadlines or shifting priorities.
• Strong financial understanding of agency scoping, estimating, and margin control.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to guide junior team members.
• Ability to present confidently and articulate agency ideas clearly during routine client status meetings.
• Unflappable organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude when faced with tight deadlines or shifting priorities.
• Strong financial understanding of agency scoping, estimating, and margin control.

Priority:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Agency Background: Prior experience working within a fast-paced, full-service advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or creative agency is highly preferred.
