Job Description
– Client and Account Management: Build strong client relationships as their trusted advisor, understand their business goals and needs, identify growth opportunities, and proactively seek new business opportunities within existing accounts.
– Project and Budget Oversight: Manage the successful execution of client projects on time and within budget, coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop marketing budgets, ensure optimal resource allocation, maximize ROI, and provide regular financial reports.
– Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with clients’ objectives, collaborate on innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, monitor performance metrics, use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, and prepare reports demonstrating effectiveness.
– Team and Relationship Management: Lead and mentor account teams, build high-performing teams, foster positive work environments, negotiate client contracts ensuring compliance with policies and requirements, and stay current with market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
– 5+ yrs in account management or similar client-facing role within an agency or B2B environment.
– Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation
– Solid understanding of marketing principles across various channels (digital, traditional, social media).
