Job Description
– Definition of requirements for contractors in call center operations and conclusion of contracts
– Management and troubleshooting of call center operations
– Management of KPIs set up with business partners/suppliers
– Responding to inquiries from business partners (users of logistics bases) regarding the logistics business in general
– Responding to inquiries from end users regarding EC business (EC site) in general
– Development, maintenance, operation and management of related systems (WMS, TMS and etc.)
– Improving the user experience of related systems (WMS, TMS and etc.)
Job Requirement
– At least 3 years working experience in Customer Service, Sales or any related field
– Must have a Bachelor Degree or above.
– Business level of English
– Able to use Microsoft office.
– Have good attitude towards work, be able to tackle difficult tasks with sincerity.
– Team Work, Interpersonal, customer service skill and Strong Communication Skill.
– Be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and public holiday).
Priority
– Working experience in logistics, manufacturing, or trading company industry and sale experience is a plus
– Able to speak daily conversation level of Japanese is a plus
