Job Description
– Set up wholesale business (e.g., logistics, inventory control, hiring, etc.) and sales.
– Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to changing market conditions and competitors’ business activities
– Develop and expand wholesale channels
– Train wholesaler employees and provide customized products to each channel.
– Provide feedback to management on customer requirements, product feedback, and sales results to assist management in improving the products and services
– Customer service and system entry work on smartphones sometimes occurs after work hours
– Ensure that fresh products are always available, and order and deliver products on a regular basis to ensure that no products are out of stock.
– Achieve monthly sales goals and effectively implement sales strategies.
– Prepare sales reports/monitor, analyze, and report on market related issues.
– Maintain positive relationships with customers (hotels, Japanese restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) and respond to customer complaints.
– Manage the operation in BKK branch
– Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese at N3 level or above
– Able to work after-hours as needed (had that experience in the previous work)
– Experienced the management position
– Upper English skills in written and Speaking
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
– Detail-oriented and the driven to take initial action
– Have a responsibility to manage as one of the manager position for the company
