Job Description
– Planning and carrying out sustainable textile audits on apparel and textile supply chain
– Ensuring customer compliance with established certification standards by visiting clients on site and examining the operating practices and record keeping
– Preparing the audit findings in an audit report within a given timeframe
– Maintaining a good relationship with the clients and prospects and ensure all the client’s inquiries are handled with a timely manner
– Work closely with colleagues to ensure quality and efficient service
– Coordinating promotional activities, organize and execute marketing campaigns
– Make sure fabrics and samples are received correctly
– Monitor the quality of the production process such as cutting and sewing
– Managing the entire production process
– Report progress and problems to the client.
Job Requirement
– Have University degree or diploma
– 3years and above of work experience as a textile auditor or/and quality control in textile industry
– Advanced level in English
– Report writing and presentation skills
– Able to drive moto
– Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently.
Priority
– Fair knowledge on Chinese language will be an added advantage
– Completion of an IRCA recognized Lead Auditor course for ISO 14001/ ISO 9001/ ISO 45001 or any other recognized course for other certification systems which include 19011 principles
– Completion of SA8000 qualification would be an added advantage
