Job Description
This position is a sales and management position to find and attract tenants from all over the country and local to come into the mall and manage the current tenants as well. It will identify which tenants to attract from a variety of industries, depending on the tenant and marketing situation.
– Market research and bring in local and overseas attractive Tenants
– Facilitate the implement of leasing plan of each tenants in the shopping mall
– Handle Tenancy Agreement and related documents regarding to the law
– Analyze Tenants and Brands performance and keep update
– Manage and control all kind of administrative document of Department
– Ensure confidentiality of all documents and record in order
– Research market demand and industry competitors
– Perform duties and tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
– Bachelor Degree in law or related fields
– 1-2 years working experiences relating with contract law
– Good leadership skills and be able to work independently and part of team
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Fluent in English and Khmer
– Have good computer skill (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
– Be able to work with shift schedule (Including weekend and public holiday).
– Be patient, creative, self-motivated, friendly and team building.
– Be honest and hard working.
