Job Description
This position is responsible to organize, control, maintain, record, and issue all merchandise stored/inventory, as per the laid down procedures.
– Manages inventory control levels between warehouse and units, by consistently conducting physical counts.
– Inspect and maintaining equipment
– Encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
– Maintain safe work environment through adherence of and training employees to
– Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
– Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
– Excellent knowledge of Stock Management, prepare PO based on – Production manager instructions, stock-in (suppliers deliveries) & stock-out (issuing goods to our team), physical inventories vs. theoretical inventory.
– To maintain the storerooms secured, and all the goods in good condition and well stored, as per our QHSE standards.
– Good Experience using Stock Management Systems on computer (ERP). Capacity to learn fast our system, WINREST.
– Integrity and Accuracy on reporting mandatory.
Job Requirement
– Good communications skills in English
– Strong administration skills on computer and on paper.
– Well organized, attention to details
– Efficiency in Microsoft office (excel, Email, and System
– Can work on public holiday or day if require from HOD
– Not job-hopper
– 5 years experience as storekeeper, store supervisor or store manager (food related industry)
– Pro-active and problem-solving skills.
