Job Description
– Create, manage, and execute test plans integrate with release control process (For Senior Position or Lead)
– Analyze and review Functional Requirement Specification or Business Requirement Specification
– Create, review, manage, execute test cases base on above documents
– Author functional test cases for product enhancements and modifications (test scenarios, test cases, test conditions, and test data)
– Conduct manual test execution (Automation if necessary)
– Log defects found in the products
– Work with developers and project directors to resolve defects for new and existing functionality
– Assist in preparing and reviewing the product strategy
– Ensure testing commitments are met
– Identify, communicate and discuss potential impacts or risks with QA Manager
– Able to maintain all QA processes and procedures
– Assist in identifying and implementing new process improvements.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related skill (Fresh graduate is encouraged and welcomed)
– 1-year experience testing medium or enterprise software products
– 5-year experience for Senior and Lead Level in testing skill and technique, team leading, evaluation, training and development.
– Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
– Pretty good teamwork, communication and documentation skills in English
– Understand process of SDLC, STLC and Agile software development methodology
Priority
– Experience using automation testing tools e.g. UFT/QTP, Ranorex, Selenium, Katalon or Coded-UI (Is advantage)
– Experience in web and mobile app development (Is advantage).
