Job Description
– Work on the construction project for big shopping malls, restaurants, offices, and so on, and work in the midnight as needed depending on the projects
– Supervising construction workers at interior decorating & construction site
– Negotiation with vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
– Follow the construction direction ordered by project manager and give an exact instruction to workers
– Do technical tasks and make best effort to finish the project by the deadline (This company never allow to be late over the deadline)
– Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
– Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
– Reporting tasks to manager
– Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to work OT as needed (Company can pay OT allowance so the salary will be 1.5~2 times)
– Work experience as an Interior & Exterior Decorator or graduated from Architecture field and understand the process
– English at Advanced level to communicate with Japanese managers
– Good leadership and can give a strict instructions to workers
– Honest, have good attitude and responsible for the project management.
Priority
– Experience from interior decorating company
– Bachelor Degree of Architecture
– Work experience in international construction company (Japanese company is preferred)
– Able to speak Vietnamese or Thai.
