Job Description
– In the Japanese restaurants offering Japanese-style seafood dishes, Practice all aspects of Floor operations under the direction of a Japanese supervisor (Serving customers, cashiering, staff training, etc.).
– Work with Kitchen staffs
– Check the daily operation of Floor staffs to provide satisfying serving, greeting, cleaning, and other hospitality care for customers
– Summarize the operation status of the floor section of the restaurant and report it to Japanese supervisor
– Follow the direction from Japanese supervisor and convey it to the staffs
– Promotion and advertising activity of each shop to get more customers
– Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese daily upper level
– Able to make relationship with Japanese supervisor and other staffs
– Able to think and act for oneself
– Able to follow company policy
– Friendly and helpful.
