Job Description
<Position Summary>
Senior Ticketing Officer helps passengers to plan for their
trips. He/she needs to answer any questions on travel
arrangements such as routes and time schedules. He/she
makes and confirms reservations.
– Scheduling flights based on client needs and available flights
– Communicating with clients to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules
– Explaining airport/airline rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
– Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket to passengers
– Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
Job Requirement
– Bachelor Degree
– 2-year-experience in using ticketing system and tools
– Experience in tourism is preferred
– Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
– Detail-oriented and meticulous personality
Priority
– Work experience in an international company under a foreign boss
– Easy to adapt in an international way
– Experience in tourism industry
